| Description: | Ferns are a woodland garden delight. Their lacy foliage adds texture and interest to the garden. They come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. All prefer some moisture and at least semi-shade, although it will vary by species. Ferns have been with us for over 300 million years. We are only listing a few of the ferns in cultivation, the ones we feel are the most garden-worthy. We may add to this list from time to time. See individual listings for more details. |
